The Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon (Ukrainian: Саскатунська єпархія Української греко-католицької церкви) is the Ukrainian Greek Catholic (using Byzantine Rite in Ukrainian language) eparchy (Eastern Catholic diocese) for the Canadian province of Saskatchewan.

Its cathedral episcopal see is the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of St. George, in Saskatoon. It is one of the suffragan eparchies of the Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg. The current bishop is Bryan Joseph Bayda, C.SS.R..
