Serine/threonine-protein kinase ULK1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ULK1 gene.[1][2]

Function

ULK1 is an important protein in autophagy. It is part of the ULK1-complex, which is needed in early steps of autophagosome biogenesis.

Interactions

ULK1 has been shown to interact with GABARAPL2,[3] GABARAP,[3][4] SYNGAP1[5] and SDCBP.[5]
