It starts at US 271 and Loop 286, runs concurrently with Bus. US 82-H for a short time then ends at US 271, US 82, and Loop 286.

The route starts at an interchange with US 271 and Loop 286. The route goes through Paris, intersecting multiple city streets along the way. Then, the route turns north on 12th Street because the road beyond that street becomes a one-way road going the other way. Then it runs concurrently with Bus. US 82-H by turning on Lamar Avenue, which has Bus. US 82-H. After that, the road splits off by turning north on Main Street. Before it reaches its end it intersects multiple city streets. The route ends at another interchange with US 271, US 82, and Loop 286.
