Tuva is one of the twenty-four participating countries and regions competing in the Türkvizyon Song Contest.[1]
History
Tuva made their debut in the Türkvizyon Song Contest Song Contest at the 2013 festival, in Eskişehir, Turkey.[1] Saylık Ommun was due to participate for Russia, but instead represented Tuva after the final list of entries was revealed.[2]
Tuva had internally selected Ayas Kullar to represent them at the 2014 Contest.[3] However, upon publication of the running order draw on 17 November 2014; Tuva along with Northern Cyprus were withdrawn from participation.[4] The Tuvan delegation arrived for the contest 1 day before the semi final and were drawn to perform 25th,[5] they came 20th with 151 points.
