Turner International India Pvt. Ltd. is the Indian arm of the Turner Broadcasting System, a Time Warner company. It manages the sales and marketing of Turner’s news and entertainment services in India and other South Asian countries. All channels of Turner International India are distributed by Taj Television Ltd.[1]

In 2010, Turner India took over the Imagine TV channel from NDTV for $117 million.[2] This channel was later shut down in 2012.[3]
