Tuff TV is an American digital broadcast television network targeted at men. Tuff TV launched on June 30, 2009. The network was founded by E. Lamar "Lou" Seals, III, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seals Entertainment Company, LLC. Tuff TV was originally a joint venture between Seals Entertainment Company and Luken Communications.

History

Tuff agreed to carry some games from the first season of the Fall Experimental Football League in October and November 2014.[2]
