Tour of Rwanda is a cycling event created in 1988 and based in Rwanda. The event organized by Rwanda Cycling Federation (FERWACY). It is part of the UCI Africa Tour in category 2.2. It takes place in the form of a stage race.

The event is part of the UCI Africa Tour since 2009. The experienced Adil Jelloul won the inaugural event with a comfortable lead.
