Toshiyuki Tsuru

Toshiyuki Tsuru (都留 稔幸) was the director of the 3rd Naruto movie, Dai Kofun! Mikazuki Jima no Animal Panic Dattebayo! These words translate into The Animal Riot of Crescent Moon Island.[1]

He also directed the series, Gungrave.
