Tim Holmes (born April 14, 1967), also credited as T.C. Holmes, is an American actor and musician. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Holmes moved to Los Angeles at 18 to pursue a career in music and acting.

Life and career

Holmes grew up working in his family's flower shop since he was 7 years old. Throughout high school, he was in jazz band, marching band, in the drama program, and participated in martial arts. After graduating high school, Holmes moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career in acting and music. Soon after, MCA Records signed him as a solo artist.[1]

In 2002, Holmes left the entertainment industry and moved back to Michigan. He pursued a career as a firefighter, started up his own business, got married, and had twin boys. In 2009 Holmes returned to his passion in acting. The following two years he appeared in speaking roles in Real Steel, Alex Cross, Machine Gun Preacher, Hostel 3, SWAT. Firefight, and Street Kings 2: Motor City.[1]
