The Third Indochina War was a series interconnected conflicts in Indochina after the Vietnam War, lasting from 1978 until 1991.
It consisted of:

- The Sino-Vietnamese War and subsequent border conflicts
- The Insurgency in Laos
- The Communist insurgency in Thailand
- The Thai–Laotian Border War
- The Johnson South Reef Skirmish
