Thespies (Greek: Θεσπιές) is a village and a former municipality in Boeotia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Aliartos, of which it is a municipal unit.[2] Population 5,949 (2001).
Thespies is named after the ancient city of Thespiae.
