The Scene Magazine (ISSN 1929-9958) is a Canadian digital magazine with focus on local music, arts, and entertainment. The magazine started out in St. John's, Newfoundland in 2011 as The St. John's Scene. In late 2011, the magazine expanded with a second edition in Charlottetown (PEI) as PEI Scene and in early 2012 added a Halifax edition as Halifax Scene. In July 2012, the local magazines were merged to form The Scene Magazine. The magazine now provides local content for Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax and St. Johns.

The Scene Magazine was the official media sponsor for the Salmon Festival,[1] Converge Calgary (celebrating 100 years of the Calgary Stampede),[2] and Lawnyavawnya.[3][4][5]

Directors Darrell Shelley and Ashutosh Jha have recently announced expansion in mid-2014 to include the markets of Moncton, Fredericton, Kingston, Hamilton, Calgary, Vancouver, Kitchener-Waterloo, Edmonton proper.
