The Northmere is an apartment building at 1840 N. Berendo Street in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. The structure which was built in 1929 was designed by renowned architect Max Maltzman who also designed the Art Deco masterpiece, The Ravenswood in Hollywood and the Sahara Casino in Las Vegas. The building is one of the primary shooting locations for the 2016 Howard Hughes film, Untitled Warren Beatty Project.[1]
