The Mollys was an American folk-rock quintet influenced by Celtic and Tejano music. They are based in Tucson, Arizona, and their members are Nancy McCallion, Catherine Zavala, Kevin Schramm, Dan Sorenson and Gary Mackender. They have released several albums since 1992, their most recent being Trouble in 2002. Craig Harris of Allmusic called them "one of the contemporary folk music's most eclectic bands."[1] As of 2013, the band tends to perform one annual concert, typically on Halloween.[2]

History

Their album Hat Trick was given 4.5/5 stars by Allmusic,[3] while Tidings of Comfort and Joy in 1992 was given 4/5 stars.[4]
