The Breton Sound is a rock band based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Founded in 2011, The Breton Sound began as a collaboration of longtime friends Jonathan Pretus and Stephen Turner. Together they produced an ambitious E.P., Eudaemonia, combining their varied musical influences and produced by Tom Drummond (musician) of Better than Ezra. Within the year, Jonathan's brother Brian was brought in for bass and backing vocals. 2013 brought their new E.P., Maps and a new drummer. Currently The Breton Sound is working on their third album.[1][2]
