Tham Chalong (Thai: ถ้ำฉลอง) is a tambon (subdistrict) of Mueang Uttaradit District, in Uttaradit Province, Thailand. In 2015 it had a total population of 2,800 people.[1]
History
The subdistrict was created effective August 1 1984 by splitting off 3 administrative villages from Hat Ngio.[2]
