Team Bath are part of the Netball Superleague (UK), which consists of the top eight netball teams in Wales and England. Team Bath is the brand name of the University of Bath's sports operation. The club is located in Bath, Somerset, South West England.[1] The University of Bath host one of England Netball's three Intensive Netball Training Centres (INTC). Team Bath are the nation's most successful Netball Superleague team, winning five of the nine campaigns contested to date, with victories in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2013. The head coach of the team is Jess Thirlby, while the assistance coach is Denise Ellis.
Carter Jonas are Team Bath Netball’s property partner. Surridge are the official kit supplier and Skins provide the team with compression wear.
2013 Squad
Team Bath won the 2013 Cathedral City Lighter FastNet Grand Prix, winning all 5 of their matches. Team Bath’s FastNet squad was: Asha Francis, Pamela Cookey, Rosie Allison, Kadeen Corbin, Yasmin Parsons, Mia Ritchie, Serena Guthrie, Amanda Trounce, Sophie Masterson, Stacey Francis, Gemma Stewart and Sam Cook.[2]
