Tarek El Shennawi
Tarek El Shennawi (Arabic: طارق الشناوي ) is a film critic, based in Cairo, Egypt.[1] He has made calls for changes to the rules that disallow cinema and TV to impersonate the prophets. These rules were made in 1926 when Youssef Wahbi desired to make a film depicting Muhammad which was disallowed by Al-Azhar. [2]
