Taoyuan Plateau
Taoyuan Plateau (Chinese: 桃園台地; pinyin: Táoyuán Táidì) is a plateau located at the Taoyuan City, Taiwan. It faces the Linkou Plateau on the northeast, the Hsuehshan Range on the southeast, the Hsinchu Hills on the south, and the Taiwan Strait on the west. In order to irrigate this area, there are many artificial pools located around the plateau. It is an industrial region of modern Taiwan. The population is about 2 million.[1]
