Takeoka Station (竹岡駅 Takeoka-eki) is a railway station operated by JR East's Uchibō Line located in Futtsu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. It is 60.2 kilometers from the terminus of the Uchibō Line at Soga Station.
History
Takeoka Station was opened on June 16, 1916. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japan National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987. The station building was reconstructed in February 2007.

Takeoka Station has two opposed side platforms serving two tracks. The station is currently unattended. The station is located in an isolated area alongside Japan National Route 127 with few nearby houses or shops.
