Tagir Kharisovich Tugushev (Russian: Тагир Харисович Тугушев; born 7 January 1993) is a Russian football player who plays for FC Volga Ulyanovsk.
He made his professional debut in the Russian Professional Football League for FC Volga Ulyanovsk on 24 July 2014 in a game against FC Chelyabinsk.[1]
