TV Tonight is an Australian-based TV guide website which features reviews, news, programming and OzTAM ratings information. As of January 2011, the site places 843 in the Australian Alexa ranking system and 78,071 worldwide.[3]
The site was started by television critic David Knox in 2007 after listeners of his radio programs asked him for information they had missed.[4] David Knox continues to run the site,[1] publishing his interviews with Australian media actors, producers, directors and programmers. Knox has visited the sets of Prank Patrol,[5] Cops L.A.C.,[6] Neighbours[7] amongst other sets of Australian television series.
Interviews have been released on the site with television personalities such as Russell T Davies, Toni Collette, David Mott, Michael Healy, Kim Dalton, Matt Campbell, Tracy Grimshaw, Andrew Denton, Robson Green, Margaret Pomeranz, Shaun Micallef, Andrew Günsberg, Stan Walker, Larry Emdur, Daniel MacPherson, Rove McManus, Val Lehman, Adam Hills, Phil Keoghan, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Ian Smith, Robyn Butler, Bert Newton, Delta Goodrem, Daryl Somers, Bill Collins, Jackie Woodburne, Gary Coleman, Virginia Trioli, Michael Caton, John Safran, Ricki-Lee Coulter, Adam Boland, Tim Campbell, Rodger Corser, James Morrison, Lawrence Leung, John Edwards, Andrew Knight, Greg Haddrick and others.[8]
