Telekom Vanuatu Limited League, or more simply known as the TVL Premier League is the top division of the Port Vila Football League, in Port Vila, Vanuatu.
The top 4 of the Port Vila Football League qualify for the VFF National Super League.
The Port Vila Football Association is considered to be the main football association in Vanuatu.

PVFA Cup
The PVFA Cup, before the Telekom Vanuatu League Smile Cup, was a tournament that was held as a warm up for the 8 teams that play in the TVL Premier League. Since 2016 the PVFA Cup will be a tournament for all of the 27 teams of the first 3 divisions.
