Svitlovodsk Raion is a raion (district) of Kirovohrad Oblast in central Ukraine. The administrative center of the raion is the city of Svitlovodsk, which is incorporated separately as a city of oblast significance and des not belong to the raion. Population: 13,042 (2013 est.)[1].
