Susan Peterson

Susan Hanly Peterson (1925 McPherson, Kansas – 2009) was an American artist, ceramics educator, and author.[1] Her book publications include: Shoji Hamada: A Potter's Way and Work,[2] The Craft and Art of Clay,[3] and The Living Tradition of Maria Martinez.[1] She taught at the University of Southern California, Idyllwild School of Music and the Arts in the San Jacinto Mountains, and at Hunter College in New York City.[3]
