Susan Kenny

Susan Coralie Kenny is a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.[1] She studied at the University of Melbourne, graduating in 1977 as a winner of the principal Supreme Court Prize.[2] Kenny was Editor of the Melbourne University Law Review. She was a President of the Administrative Review Council from 9 February 1993 to 30 September 1995.[3] She was a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria between 25 July 1997 and 15 October 1998, where she served on the Court of Appeal.[4] In November 2010, she was appointed a presidential member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.[5]
