Sumire Satō (佐藤 すみれ Satō Sumire, born November 20, 1993 in Saitama Prefecture), is a member of the Japanese idol group AKB48. She joined on 20 December 2008 as a trainee, then she was promoted to AKB48, and is currently a member of SKE48. Her talent agency is Horipro.
Career
Sumire was a finalist in Morning Musume's Happy 8 Ki Audition.[1]
On August 20, 2009, she took part in the AKB104 senbatsu election and nationwide tour.
On December 7, 2009, she joined Horipro, the talent agency of AKB48 members Tomomi Itano, Miho Miyazaki, Tomomi Kasai, Haruka Ishida and graduated member Mai Oshima.
On May 21, 2010, she was promoted to Team B during Team shuffle.
On August 24, 2012, she was shuffled to become a member of Team A.[2]
On April 25, 2014, she was shuffled to become a member of SKE48 Team E.
