Strzyża
Strzyza (German: Strieß) is one of the quarters of the city of Gdańsk, Poland, named after a creek. It is a part of the Wrzeszcz borough. Most of it is covered by small family houses.
After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
