Storyworks is a magazine published in the United States by Scholastic Press, intended for students in grades 3-6.[1][2] The magazine was founded in 1993.[3] It is published on a monthly basis[4] and usually has three big stories or articles and some short stories a couple lines long. It is edited by Lauren Tarshis,[5] who is also the founder of the magazine.[6] The headquarters is in Jefferson City, Missouri.[6][7]
