Stonehage Fleming is a London-based wealth management company, a multi-family office, that invests on behalf of wealthy families, individuals and charitable endowments.

In November 2014, the merger between the rival London-base investment offices, Fleming Family & Partners and Stonehage was announced. According to the Financial Times, this would make the new firm, the "largest independent multifamily office business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa".[1][2]

It was initially named Stonehage Fleming Family and Partners before rebranding as Stonehage Fleming in September 2015.[3]

As of 2014, Stonehage Fleming had $43bn in assets under administration, including $11bn in assets under management and total revenues of about $160m, serving over 250 wealthy families.[1]

The chairman of Fleming Family & Partners was Adam Fleming,[4] and shareholders included the Syrian billionaire Wafic Saïd, and Edward Tollemache, son of Timothy Tollemache, 5th Baron Tollemache.[5] Following the rebranding in September 2015, the chairman Adam Fleming and his relative Peter Fleming both stepped down from the UK board.[3]

The forerunner organistaion to FFP was set up by Robert Fleming in 1873,[2] and Stonehage was set up in London in 1976.[6]
