Stephen Lambdin
Stephen Lambdin (Stephen Thomas Lambdin, born 1988) is an American taekwondo competitor. He represented the United States at the 2011 Pan American Games, where he won a bronze medal.[1] He trains with coach Jason Poos, a USA National Team coach and a former US athlete as well.[2] He trains at Jason's gym, Poos Taekwondo, in Edmond, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of California Lutheran University.[3]
Stephen competes in the heavyweight division (+190 lbs/+87 kg).[4] As of May 1st, 2013 Stephen is ranked 10th in the WTF World Taekwondo rankings.[5]
