Steak and Kidney is a 12-metre class yacht that competed in the 1987 Defender Selection Series.^[1] After the Americas Cup defender series, Steak and Kidney , and Australia (yacht) were eventually refitted to pass survey as a day sailing charter boat in 2004.

Steak and Kidney and Australia (yacht) were acquired by the Australia 12m Historic Trust in 2011.^[2]

Today, the pair of 12 Metre Yachts are located near Drummoyne, in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and are the fleet used by the Australian 12 Metre Association in Sydney. ^[2]
