Stanley de Zoysa was a Sri Lankan politician. He was the former Cabinet Minister of Finance (1954–1959) in S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike's government and subsequently Minister of Interior (1959–1960) and a Member of Parliament.
Born to Sir Francis de Zoysa, KC a Advocate and member of the first State Council and Ethel Perera Amarasekera Siriwardena, his brother was DIG Sydney de Zoysa. He was educated at the Royal College, Colombo.
