Prince Stanislaw Lubomirski (1704–1793) was a Polish noble (szlachcic) and magnate.
Stanisław became the Podstoli of the Crown in 1739. He became the voivode of Bracław Voivodeship in 1764 and of Kijów Voivodship in 1772. He was also the starost of Nowy Sącz.
He owned large estates, 31 cities, and 738 villages and had an income of about 2,920,000 zł per year.
He was a Knight of the Order of the White Eagle, awarded on August 3, 1744 in Warsaw.
His son Jozef Lubomirski's son was Prince Henryk Ludwick Lubomirski (1777–1850), who married Teresa Czartoryska (1785–1868).
Famous descendants
His great-granddaughter, Princess Izabela Maria Lubomirska, is Prince Władysław Leon Sapieha's maternal grandmother. Prince Władysław Leon is himself Princess Zofia Sapieha's paternal grandfather. And Princess Zofia is Queen Mathilde of Belgium's maternal grandmother.
So Prince Stanisław Lubomirski is a 9th generation ancestor of Queen Mathilde of Belgium.[1]
