St. Luke's Hospital, Huddersfield
Coordinates: 53°38′06″N 1°48′40″W / 53.635°N 1.811°W St. Lukes Hospital was a hospital situated in the English town of Huddersfield. Formerly a workhouse, built in 1872,[1] it was situated in the suburb of Crosland Moor and mostly provided Geriatric and psychiatric care. The hospital closed in 2011 and the site was still being demolished in September 2014.[2] Planning applications for the 22 acre site include a mixture of housing and commercial units.[3]
