The Sree River (Bengali: শ্রী নদী) is a rivers in the northern part of Bangladesh, (commonly known as North Bengal). It passes through Joypurhat Sadar and Akkelpur Upazilas or Joypurhat District.
Concerns
During the four-month sugarcane crushing season, Joypurhat Sugar Mills dumps untreated waste that threatens the Sree River.[1]
