The South Yorkshire Amateur Football League is a football competition for clubs in the Sheffield area of England. The competition is administered by the Sheffield and Hallamshire Football Association.[1]
The league has one division, which sits at level 14 of the English football league system.[2]
Format
The league currently runs only one divisions, although in the past it has had several divisions. The league also runs the South Yorkshire Amateur League Cup, which is contested by every club in the league. Teams applying for promotion to level 13 are directed towards the Sheffield & Hallamshire County Senior League.
