History

The South Croydon Football Club was founded in 1969 and fielded its first senior side in the same year.

The club won third division premierships in 1973, 1983, 1988, 1991, and 2001. The club won a second division premiership in 2006. They have competed in first division every year since 2007 and won the 2009 premiership.^[1]
