Personal Info
Sourabh Shrivastava was born on 12 July 1979, in Saugor, Madhya Pradesh. He did his bachelors in music from Sagar university and came to Mumbai to become a music director. Sourabh started his career with an Advertisement in TV serials produced by UTV and soon became an independent director. He later joined RGV's Film Factory as a chief Ad and senior Casting director. He directed his first independent feature film- Vinay Pathak and Saurabh Shukla starrer 'Oh My God' In 2008 under Zee motion pictures. He is directing his second film, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla & Sara Loren starrer 'Fraud Saiyyan' for Prakash Jha Production which is scheduled to be released in 2015.[1][3] In 2011 he founded his TV production house- 'Miracle Workers' and produced a prime time Hindi daily soap- 'Phir Subah Hogi' for Zee TV. The show didn't do well in terms of numbers but was critically acclaimed.[2] There are a couple of future film and TV projects he is currently working on.
