Soumya Seth (born 17 October 1989) is an Indian television actress. She made her acting debut with a lead female role in the television series Navya..Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal on Star Plus for which she won New Talent Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She subsequently featured in V The Serial on Channel V and Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat on Sony TV.[1]

Personal life

Soumya Seth was born on 17 October 1989 in Varanasi, India. She is the cousin of actress Ragini Khanna, comedian Krishna Abhishek and actor Amit Khanna. Her remaining family members live in Amritsar, Punjab. She is living in Mumbai.

Career

Soumya began her career with a special appearance in the 2007 Bollywood film Om Shanti Om as one of the audience in Rishi Kapoor's dance performance.

Seth made her acting debut with the Star Plus serial Navya..Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawal playing the lead title role along with Shaheer Sheikh. She had played a supporting role in the show V The Serial on Channel V, and later appeared on Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat as the female protagonist, along with Rohit Khurana and Abhishek Malik.
