Sokoto Grand Vizier

The Wazirin Sakkwato, or "Sokoto Grand Vizier", was the Grand Vizier to the Sultan of Sokoto (also incorrectly called Caliph) of the Fulani Empire rather suzerain of the Fulani Jihad states.
