SoftSol is a Silicon Valley-based multinational company that provides IT services and business solutions, largely focused on legacy systems modernization.

History

In 1993, Srini Madala founded SoftSol. In its first years, SoftSol delivered small to medium-scale IT solutions and systems integration services using an onshore delivery model.

In 1998, the company transitioned to a hybrid delivery model, leveraging both offshore and onshore delivery centers. That year, it opened the first of its two centers in Hyderabad, India. It added its second Hyderabad facility in 2006. In 2010, SoftSol added another delivery center in Visakhapatnam, India.^[1]

Operations

SoftSol is headquartered in Fremont, CA. The company also has an office in Sacramento, CA, that caters to state government clients.

In addition to the domestic presence, SoftSol is established in Europe and Asia with an office in Frankfurt, Germany and three delivery centers in Indian technology hubs.

Data Management: Tools to support various activities including data profiling, data analysis, data cleansing, and business intelligence.

Intellicourt Case Management: A case management system that coordinates the efforts of key functions within the justice system.
