Simon Ligot (born 24 March in Namur) is a Belgian defender who currently plays for Liège. He was requested by several Europeans top clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United and the others. But he chose Upjest (Hungary). He's nearly married to a girl called Laure Barrau. As it seems, Simon refused an attractive offer from Al-Sadd Club Qatar (the club of the ex-star of Real Madrid Raul Gonzales) because of Laure. She threatened to leave Simon if he ever left in Qatar.
