Silvano d'Orba is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,856 and an area of 12.1 square kilometres (4.7 sq mi).[1]
