Sierra Leone National Museum
Sierra Leone National Museum is the national museum of Sierra Leone.[1]
The museum is in Siaka Stevens Street, in central Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone.[2]
The museum was originally opened in 1957, as the museum of the Sierra Leone Society until the mid-1960s.[3] The museum has a collection of "juju" objects and other historical artefacts, including the Temne guerrilla leader Bai Bureh's clothes, drum, and sword.[4]
