Shosanbetsu (初山別村 Shosanbetsu-mura) is a village located in Tomamae District, Rumoi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.
As of April 2010, the village has an estimated population of 1,439 and a density of 5.14 persons per km². The total area is 280.04 km². Shosanbetsu has a planetarium-cum-astronomical observatory which is a popular entertainment in this region.
