Shemonaikha (Kazakh: Шемонаиха ауданы) is a district of East Kazakhstan Region in eastern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Shemonaikha.[2] Population: 46,409 (2013 estimate);[1] 49,202 (2009 Census results);[3] 57,815 (1999 Census results).[3]
