Sheikh-Ul-Hind Mahmood Mahmood Hasan Medical College or Saharanpur Medical College is a state medical college located near Saharanpur in Saharanpur district, Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] Earlier it was called Kansiram Medical College. It was recently inspected by MCI and given recognition.
The college has guidance and mentorship of Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut.[3]
Courses
Every year 100 students are allowed to take admission in the M.B.B.S. course[1] by two competitive examinations. The prestigious AIPMT accounts for the filling of 15% seats and remaining 85% seats are filled through a state-level entrance examination UP-CPMT.
