Richard Shawn McKenzie (born February 20, 1971 in Paducah, Kentucky) is an Open Source Software programmer living in Katy, Texas in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area.
McKenzie is the founder and developer of the popular open source software, AutoTheme HTML Theme System, and writes other commercial and open source software, mainly in PHP. He spent his early life in various cities of Illinois and teenage years in Salisbury, Maryland before enlisting in the United States Army in 1990.
