Shaun Lane (born 29 November 1994) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who currently plays for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the National Rugby League. He plays at second-row.

Background

Born in Sydney, New South Wales, Lane played his junior rugby league for the South Eastern Seagulls, before being signed by the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

Lane is the younger brother of former Bulldogs player Brett Lane.[1]

Playing career

Early career

In 2013 and 2014, Lane played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs' NYC team.[2]

2015

In 2015, Lane moved on to the Bulldogs' New South Wales Cup team.[3] In Round 14 of the 2015 NRL season, he made his NRL debut for the Bulldogs against the Gold Coast Titans.[4] On 27 September, he was named on the interchange bench in the 2015 New South Wales Cup Team of the Year.[5]
